At Good Faith Studios, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

 


 

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Be free from signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

 


 

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, we're happy to help with an exchange, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 


 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The return is the result of our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 


 

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

 


 

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any applicable import fees.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

  • Reason for the return or exchange
